Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. Overview

This Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (this Statement) is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by OneMarketData LLC (OMD) to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business. OMD is committed to conducting its business in compliance with laws designed to combat slavery and human trafficking. We will periodically review the effectiveness of our efforts and update this Statement as needed to meet changing laws and conditions.

2. About OMD

OMD is a private Delaware limited liability company with a primary office in the United States. We operate primarily in North America, Europe, and Armenia with a professional workforce of approximately 200 employees worldwide. OMD provides a smarter data management software solution for quantitative research, surveillance, and back-testing. OMD serves customers globally with concentrations in the U.S. and Europe. We also provide implementation services as well as managed consulting services to our clients that include some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Our software is used exclusively in the capital markets industry.

3. OMD’s Supply Chain

OMD has a workforce consisting of mostly highly skilled and professional people. Given the size of our company, the nature of our business, and the industries in which we operate, OMD believes that the risk of encountering modern slavery practices is relatively low. Most of our subcontractor engagements are long-term engagements with subcontractors who have been vetted and whose practices are reviewed from time to time. Otherwise, we have no significant supply chain engagement other than (a) occasional brief engagements with specialist subcontractors that fulfill highly technical professional roles and (b) with vendors who supply standard daily business supplies, applications, or other resources, both of which do not involve multiple tiers of suppliers, which means that OMD has good visibility into our entire supply chain.

4. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking

OMD is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to seeking to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business. We select third-party contractors and suppliers who we believe share our commitment. OMD invests time and energy in fostering the health and well-being of our employees. Our employment practices reflect these values, including the goal of ensuring that our operations and supply chain are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We comply with all applicable employment and anti-slavery legislation.

5. Supplier Adherence to Our Values

We expect the same high standards from all of our major suppliers. To ensure all those in our supply chain comply with our values, major suppliers will be required to comply with the prohibitions under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of our contracting processes. We also expect that our major suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

6. Accountability

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, this Statement has been distributed and acknowledged by our staff, including specifically by individuals within the business who deal with contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. OMD requires that all employees, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, external consultants, and third-party representatives comply with all applicable Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking legislation. OMD will investigate any violations or issues and take the appropriate action up to and including disciplinary action for employees or termination of business relationships with Suppliers.
